Terms and Conditions for Booking Accommodation Services via Electronic Means
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The subject of these Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions for booking accommodation online (hereinafter: the Services) through the website available at https://turystycznalukow.pl.
The Terms and Conditions are available on the website of the Property. At the Guest’s request, the Service Provider will send a free copy of the Terms and Conditions to the email address provided by the Guest.
2. DEFINITIONS
The following terms used in the Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings:
Apartment – a room at the Property available for short-term rental, presented on the Website by the Service Provider.
Guest – a natural person who is at least 18 years old and has full legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality that is granted legal capacity by law, who uses the Service.
Property – the “Gołębów noclegi” property located at Kolonia Domaszewnica 34a, 21-307 Ulan Majorat.
Terms and Conditions – this document.
Agreement – the agreement for booking the Apartment made electronically, subject to the provisions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
Service – the electronic service provided by the Service Provider to the Guest, consisting of booking the selected Apartment and making the payment via the Website.

Conditions – the “Short-Term Rental Conditions” document available on the Website.
3. TYPE AND SCOPE OF SERVICE
The Service Provider offers the Service electronically.
To complete a reservation, the following is required:
Reading and accepting the Terms and Conditions by selecting the appropriate checkboxes in the reservation form available on the Website.
Declaring the chosen payment method and, if applicable, requesting a VAT invoice by selecting the appropriate checkboxes in the reservation form.
To use the Service, an Internet connection, an email account, and a web browser are required.
The Service Provider informs that using the Website, including making a reservation, may incur data transmission charges according to the Guest’s internet service provider plan.
4. RESERVATION PROCESS
To book an Apartment, the Guest must:
Select an Apartment based on information on the Website, considering availability, type, and price.
Make a reservation via the online form or phone call, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Enter required information (name, email address, phone number) in the reservation form under the “Book” section.
Click the button “Book with Payment Obligation.”
Make the payment using the methods provided on the Website.
Failure to confirm the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions will prevent the reservation process.
The Guest must pay 100% of the booking amount before arrival.
Unpaid reservations will be automatically canceled the same day.
Upon payment, the Guest will receive a confirmation email with the reservation details and a text message with the entry code to the Property and Apartment. The reservation Agreement is considered concluded once the confirmation is sent.
The Guest may change the reservation only with the Service Provider’s consent by emailing kontakt@milten.pl or calling +48 601 72 52 33. Changes depend on Apartment availability, and additional charges may apply if the standard changes.
The Guest may cancel the reservation. Cancellations:
- 14 days or more before the start date: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the start date: No refund.
Refunds are issued to the account used for payment.
The prices listed on the Website are gross prices and cover only the specified Services.
Payments are processed via PayU. The Service Provider is not responsible for payment processing issues.
The Guest does not have the right to withdraw from the Agreement under Article 38(1)(12) of the Consumer Rights Act.
5. SERVICE PROVIDER’S OBLIGATIONS
The Service Provider is obligated to:
- Provide the Service in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- Promptly repair faults that hinder or prevent the Service.
6. GUEST’S OBLIGATIONS
The Guest must:
- Comply with the Terms and Conditions.
- Follow legal regulations, good practices, and internet usage rules.
- Provide accurate data in the reservation form.
- Report any security breaches or issues.
- Not perform activities that threaten system security.
- Not use the system for illegal or unethical activities.
7. LIABILITY
Neither party is liable for damages caused by force majeure, including:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or war.
- Government-imposed restrictions.
- Economic crises.
The Service Provider is not liable for temporary Website disruptions due to maintenance or third-party actions.
8. COMPLAINTS
Complaints can be submitted via email to kontakt@milten.pl or in writing to the Service Provider’s address.
The complaint should include the reservation number, description of the issue, and contact information.
Complaints will be resolved within 14 days.
9. PERSONAL DATA
Information on data protection is available in the Privacy Policy on the Website.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Terms and Conditions take effect upon publication on the Website. The Service Provider may update them for valid reasons, such as legal changes. Disputes will be resolved through negotiations or mediation, and unresolved cases will be settled in court.
